My Story

I launched my real estate career in 2012, guiding institutional funds, private investment firms, and retail clients through complex markets. Early on, I recognized a common challenge for property owners: the gap between a home’s current condition and its true potential.

 

To bridge that gap, I've built the partnerships necessary to successfully purchase, renovate, and sell hundreds of properties across Southern California. As a real estate broker, a licensed contractor, and an active investor, I’ve developed a sharp eye for what buyers value — and how to strategically upgrade and position homes to maximize return.

 

Today, I bring all three perspectives together — Broker, Contractor, and Investor — to give homeowners more options, more clarity, and more value than a traditional agent ever could.​​
